Ready to register for PK Summer School?  It’s all online!  Here is how…

Is your child currently a student at one of our St. Albert Public Schools?

  • Log into your PowerSchool Parent Portal
  • Go to the Student Fees section and click on the tab for the child you wish to register
  • Go to Additional Items
  • Choose PK Summer School – Core Courses OR Phys. Ed /CALM
  • Complete the registration process and select the desired course
  • No fee for core courses
  • If choosing Phys. Ed., complete the payment process - $20 fee
  • Your child is registered!  In mid-June you will receive via email, a confirmation letter with all the information your child needs to start Summer School.

Is your child coming to us from out of our school district?

Go to www.studentquickpay.com/spschools/

  • Click on the link
  • Create an account by clicking on the “Don’t have an account?” button
  • Use your email to complete the next step and choose your own password.  (*we will not be able to assist you with your password should you forget it)
  • Go to Out of District Student and enter your child’s name
  • Student’s name will appear at the bottom of the page under the blue bar marked “Student ID”.
  • Click “Done” to move to the next screen
  • Click on the tab in the upper left corner (your child’s name is on it)
  • Choose PK Summer School – Core Courses OR Phys. Ed /CALM
  • Complete the registration process and select the desired course
  • No fee for core courses
  • If choosing Phys. Ed., complete the payment process - $20 fee
  • Your child is registered!  In mid-June you will receive via email, a confirmation letter with all the information your child needs to start Summer School.

Registering for one of our HeLa Sessions?  Follow the applicable instructions above and choose Session #1 or Session #2. 

In addition, you will need to click on the following forms on our PK website:

  1. Assumption of Risk Form – complete and drop off at office or fax to 780-459-0187, scan/email to shirley.bowles@spschools.org
  2. Medical Form – complete and drop off at office or fax to 780-459-0187, scan/email to shirley.bowles@spschools.org
  3. Itinerary and Equipment List - print and keep for your future reference
  4. Copy of Birth Certificate – drop off at office or fax to 780-459-0187 or scan/email to shirley.bowles@spschools.org

Students unable to commit to Summer School courses at the school in July may wish to register in online or print core courses, languages and CTS options. Some courses are offered in French.  Students who have completed Grade 9 are eligible for enrollment. Contact Mrs. Chanasyk at Donna.Chanasyk@spschools.org or 780-459-4405 ext. 332.
