As March gets underway, we call your attention to a few details on what to look for at this point in time, as well as where to find it.

PST Conferences  Thursday, March 15 and Wednesday, March 21.  Booking is available on our website.  Follow the link to School Appointments Online to schedule your appointments.  The website can be accessed UNTIL 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14.  Further details and a list of teachers and assignments is attached.


Personalized Registration  – Grade 9 students and their parents who need help planning for high school are invited to book a half hour one-on-one session with a counsellor or administrator.  Please call Tanya McMullan at 780-459-4405 ext. 323 or email

Registration 2018-2019 during the week of April 4 students will bring home a 2018-19 registration package to discuss with their families.  Registration workshops for students going into Grade 11 will take place during the day on April 10.  Students going into Grade 12 will attend a registration workshop on April 11. Students who miss these two dates may register in period 2 on April 12. Students are asked to please come prepared to submit their course requests for next year.


Fast Track Your CALMCALM 20 is a requirement for high school graduation. A six day CALM course will be offered during Spring Break (March 23 -30). Registration forms and payment information is available from Shirley Bowles at 780-459-4405 ext 300 or

2017-2018 Yearbook -The deadline to order is April 1 - don’t miss out! Order by clicking on the “Additional Items” tab in your Power School account. Simply add to your cart and make your payment.

PK Games NightFriday March 16 – 4:00 – 10:00 p.m. in the PK Cafeteria. $5.00 cover.  Pizza and snacks will be for sale.  We are looking for more board games! To lend/donate, please drop off at the front office labelled with your name, or contact Miss Lockhart at the school as soon as possible.


Grad 2018 June 2 – please check our website under Grad 2018 News for all things pertinent to Grad 2018 – credits, retake photos, tickets, etc.  You don’t want to miss a thing!  We remind you that grad banquet tickets will not be sold to any student with outstanding fees or textbooks/library books.  All accounts must be paid in full prior to Grad Ticket Sales the first week of May.  A Grad Parent Meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10 in the cafeteria.


GRADS!  Submit your pictures for the slideshow - by April 4th

School Fees an invoice for outstanding fees will be emailed separately. Sign in to your account in the PowerSchool Parent Portal to view fees. Please check regularly as items such as sports fees, clothing etc. may be added to your child’s account throughout the year.


Online payment is encouraged, however cash, cheque, credit or debit payments can be made in our office. If paying the entire amount is not financially feasible for your family, you may choose to divide the fees into manageable payment amounts. Textbooks/Library Booksall books from Semester One are now overdue. Outstanding textbook/library book notices will be emailed separately. Payment for lost textbooks must be made at the office.

ADLC Course MarksThese marks are NOT available on PowerSchool. Each ADLC student has been given an ADLC username and password to access assignment/quiz/test marks. Please contact Mrs. Chanasyk at for username and password.


Attendance Last month we implemented our new absentee callout system.  Every school day it sends an automated phone message and email message if your son/daughter has been absent for any part of the day.   School Messenger allows parents to respond directly to attendance calls, emails or texts.  Please contact Shirley Bowles at to update your demographic information to ensure optimal use of this system.
