Grad clothing sale is now finished. Clothing will arrive and be available for pickup in December.

Parent Meeting

The next Grad information parent meeting will be in April.


Grad Ceremonies

The 56th Graduation Commencement ceremonies are at the Shaw Conference Centre on Saturday, June 15th, 2019.


Grad Photos

Icon Experience Photography will take graduation photos at Paul Kane between February 19-22 and February 25-28, 2019. The online sign-up for your appointment time starts mid-January 2019. Instructions for online booking at Icon Experience.


Grad Rings

Jostens Ring Days January 16 and 17 at lunch in the hallway outside Student Services. Catalogues are available in the front office.

Diploma Exam Information

Diploma Exams are administered to students in select grade 12 courses and have three main purposes: 
• to certify the level of individual student achievement in selected grade 12 courses; 
• to ensure that province-wide standards of achievement are maintained; 
• to report individual and group results.
 
Diploma Exams are administered annually in January, April, June, August, and November according to the schedule posted in the General Information Bulletin
 
Students can try out the released questions from previous Diploma Exams that are located at https://questaplus.alberta. ca/PracticeMain.html
Approximately 3 weeks after the administration of Diploma Exams, student results are available on myPass at https://mypass.alberta.ca

myPass

All students should be registered with Alberta Education on myPass.Alberta.ca to see their report of credits earned, check final course marks, order transcipts, order diploma exam re-writes, and check qualifications for graduation.   Students will need to know their Alberta Student Number when registering on myPass, and can stop by the office for their ASN, or any help registering on myPass.
