Grad Banquet Ticket Sales

Ticket sales will be held in the Paul Kane Cafeteria on May 8-11 after school beginning at 2:45 p.m.  On May 3 grads will be assigned a random number to purchase tickets as follows:

May 8 - #1 - 50

May 9 - #51 – 150

May 10 - #151 – 250

May 11 - #251 – 350

May 12 - anyone who could not attend previously or who wants to purchase additional tickets and/or more than one table of tickets. 

The cost is $85.00 per ticket.

Students may purchase as many tickets as their family requires, but on the first day of sales, will be limited to 10 tickets (one full table – can seat 11 if needed). 

Payment CANNOT be accepted in advance or over the phone.  Payment will only be taken at the time of ticket purchase – VISA, MasterCard, debit, cash or cheques are accepted.   For credit card purchases, only the card number and expiry date are required.

Please bring a list of food allergies or dietary restrictions for your guests with you at the time of your ticket purchase.

Tickets can only be purchased after all school fees have been paid and all outstanding textbooks/library books have either been returned or paid.


School Fees

Please check PowerSchool fees for any balance you may have overlooked.  Athletic fees have been added throughout the year where applicable.  Payment of school fees through the Parent Portal using VISA or MasterCard is preferred.    Alternatively, please send cheque or cash or come in to pay with debit.  We remind you that grad banquet tickets will not be sold to any Grade 12 student with outstanding fees or textbooks/library books.  Please contact our Office Manager, Karen Tubman if you are unable to pay at this time - or 780-459-4405 ext. 330. 

Outstanding fees are sent to a collection agency at the end of the school year.

ADLC Course Marks

These marks are NOT available on PowerSchool.  Each ADLC student has been given an ADLC username and password to access assignment/quiz/test marks.  Please contact Mrs. Chanasyk at for username and password.


Textbooks/Library Books

Ooutstanding textbook/library book notices are emailed separately.  Payment for lost textbooks must be made at the office.
